Rajashekar Reddy possesses extensive experience in performance engineering and technical project management, currently serving as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Blue Yonder since October 2022 and as Lead Performance Engineer at Automation Anywhere since July 2020. Previously, Rajashekar held roles such as Principal Software Engineer at Oracle and Associate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., demonstrating proficiency in creating performance testing environments and developing Load Runner scripts. Rajashekar has managed performance testing scenarios and environments using various tools including AWS, NewRelic, and Jmeter, while also successfully scaling identity management solutions. Rajashekar began the career as a Test Analyst at QualiTest Group and Infosys, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from Anna University Chennai.
