Doug Young has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having served in various roles at Robert Bosch since September 1989, currently holding the position of Vice President overseeing Corporate Purchasing, Supplier Quality, and Technical Services in North America. Prior positions include Director of Supplier Quality for Bosch's Gasoline Systems Division and Director of Manufacturing, where responsibilities encompassed supplier development, incident and change management, and overseeing the production of essential vehicle systems. Doug also served as a Manager of Production Testing and Engineering and held prior engineering roles focused on algorithm development at J.F. Taylor, Inc. In addition to corporate responsibilities, Doug is a member of the Board of Directors for AIAG, contributing to industry standards and practices. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
