Matt Pohlman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) since August 2022, Matt collaborates with the Board of Directors to drive strategic initiatives and support mobility industries. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Distribution & Logistics and Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at First Brands Group, as well as key leadership positions at ZF Group and WABCO, where Matt led significant transformations in global logistics strategies. With a strong background in the automotive sector from Delphi and Federal-Mogul Holdings, Matt holds an MBA in International Business from Benedictine University and a BA in Business from Alma College.
