Joshua Waller has an extensive work experience spanning over 15 years. Joshua started their career at Computer Research, Inc. in 2006, working as an Operator/Transmission Specialist. Joshua then moved on to Scottrade in 2010, where they held various roles such as Computer Operations Technician, Senior Computer/Infrastructure Operations Technician, and eventually became an Infrastructure Operations Supervisor. In 2017, they joined TD Ameritrade in a similar role as an Infrastructure Operations Supervisor. In 2019, Waller joined Denovo Ventures LLC as a Tier 1 Support Technician. Currently, they are working at Automox, where they have held the positions of Technical Support Engineer and now serves as a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Joshua Waller's education history includes attending the Colorado School of Mines from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In January 2019, they received the CompTIA A+ certification, the CompTIA IT Operations Specialist - CIOS Stackable Certification, and the CompTIA Network+ certification. In September 2020, they obtained certifications in Bash Patterns and Regular Expressions, Learning Microsoft SQL Server 2019, Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Essential Training, Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2019, and Building a Home IT Lab. Joshua also received certifications in Configuration Manager: Maintain Inventory and Operating Systems and Learning Bash Scripting in August 2020.
