Chris Bruder

Chris Bruder has over three decades of experience in finance and operations, currently serving as SVP Operations Finance at AutoNation since May 1997. Responsibilities include oversight of 257 automotive retail dealerships, 57 collision centers, 11 used vehicle centers, and 4 auctions, while providing support to the COO and CFO. Previously, Chris held roles such as Region VP of Finance, where oversight extended to the financial operations of the Eastern Region comprising 103 dealerships and 38 collision centers, and VP of Business Analytics, where the creation of the Business Analytic Department was led. Earlier career experience includes positions at Crowe Horwath LLP, culminating in a managerial role in audit and tax. Chris holds a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
