Julie Morgan is a seasoned legal executive with a robust background in corporate law, governance, M&A, risk management, and compliance. As Vice President of Corporate Law and Assistant Secretary at AutoNation since September 2017, Julie has served as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and boards, formulating legal strategies that foster business growth and mitigate risks. Prior to AutoNation, Julie held positions at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, where responsibilities included advising on mergers, acquisitions, and SEC compliance, and at ADT, focused on negotiating commercial leases and vendor agreements. Julie earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
