Thomas Mila

Thomas Mila has extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Law and Assistant Secretary at AutoNation since January 2008, where previous roles included Senior Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary, as well as Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to AutoNation, Thomas worked as an Associate at Akerman Senterfitt for a brief duration in 2007 and at Ropes & Gray LLP from 2002 to 2007, also as an Associate. Thomas holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, obtained between 1999 and 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College, earned from 1995 to 1999.
