Rislan Zitouni

Rislan Zitouni is a seasoned policy advisor with extensive experience in financial regulation and legislative processes. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Officer at Autoriteit Financiële Markten since July 2019, Rislan has previously held significant positions at the Ministerie van Financiën, including Senior Policy Advisor/Legislative Lawyer in the Financial Markets Department from January 2009 to June 2019. Responsibilities included the implementation of key regulations such as the AIFMD, PRIIPS, ELTIF, and the Mortgage Credit Directive, as well as legislative negotiation regarding investment fund distribution. Rislan's background also includes roles at the Dutch State Treasury Agency and Deloitte Nederland. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's in Management, Economics, and Law from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
