From 2012 to 2015, Manon Rudin worked as a Marketing-Communications Coordinator at Zühlke Group. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Marketing-Internal until 2013. In 2016, they joined Swisscom as an Intern PM for three months before becoming a Trainee from October 2016 to July 2017. Manon then served as a Product Manager IoT/M2M from August 2017 to May 2018. In 2018, they started working at autoSense AG as a Product Manager until October 2019. Manon then held the position of Product Lead from October 2019 to August 2021 and became the Head of Development in September 2021. Additionally, they became the Chief Product Officer in May 2023. Manon Rudin began their education in 2003 at the Kantonsschule Zürcher Unterland, where they pursued an Altsprachliches Profil (Latin & English) and received a Swiss Matura degree in 2009. In 2010, they enrolled at the University of St.Gallen, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management in 2013. Manon continued their education at the same university and graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Business Innovation in 2016. Manon also participated in an exchange semester at the City University of Hong Kong in 2015, focusing on Business Innovation.
