Nicolas Noth began their work experience in 1998 as a Senior Project Manager and Head of the Competence Centre Project Management at Pragmatica AG. Nicolas then joined Ringier AG in 2004 as the Head of Online and a member of the Newspaper Division Executive Board. In 2007, they became the Head of Corporate Film and New Media at Condor Films. From 2008 to 2011, they served as the Managing Director for Switzerland and Austria at Neo@Ogilvy / Planetactive, responsible for local strategy and new business development. Noth then moved on to joiz ag, where they held the role of Head of Sales and Business Development and was a member of the Executive Board from 2011 to 2013. Nicolas then became the Executive Managing Director at PHD Switzerland, leading the agency and developing client strategies until 2016. In 2016, they joined Enervee as the Director of Customer Success Europe, focusing on digital transformation and clean tech. Noth founded NDG noth.digital in 2017 and served as the Founder and CEO, offering consulting and communication services. Since 2018, they have held several positions, including Member of the Board of Directors at BlueGlass Zürich and Chief Marketing Officer at autoSense AG.

Nicolas Noth holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Politics, which they obtained from the University of Bern between 1986 and 1994. In 2000 to 2002, they pursued a Post-Graduate program in Business Information Technology and Business Data Processing at IFA - Höhere Fachschule für Wirtschaft und Informatik in Zürich. Later, in 2004 to 2006, they pursued another Post-Graduate program in Media Management at Medieninstitut - Verband Schweizer Medien in Zürich.
