David Baggett

David Baggett is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity and software development. As the Founder and CEO of Inky Technology Corporation since 2008, David has pioneered innovative solutions like Inky Phish Fence to combat email forgery. David has also served on the Secretary Of Energy Advisory Board’s A.I. Working Group, providing strategic insights on AI applications for the Department of Energy. With a strong background in academia, David contributed as a Trustee on the Foundation Board for the University of Maryland, College Park for over a decade. David's previous roles include co-founding ITA Software, where significant achievements included launching major travel clients and enhancing operational strategies, and serving as Vice President at Naughty Dog, co-developing iconic video games such as Crash Bandicoot. David holds advanced degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
