Ann Morgan

Ann Morgan has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Customer Satisfaction at AutoZone since November 2003. In their role at AutoZone, Morgan oversees HR practices and employee training for over 4,100 retail stores and 8 distribution centers. Prior to joining AutoZone, Morgan held various leadership positions at Kmart Corporation from 1990 to 2003, including Vice President of Field Human Resources and Customer Service, where Ann was responsible for recruitment and the implementation of HR initiatives for over 2,600 stores. Morgan's career at Kmart began in operations management, where Ann progressed from Store Manager to District Manager and Regional Manager. Ann Morgan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Washington University.
