Ashlee Jordan is an experienced compensation professional with a proven track record in global compensation and HR operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Global Compensation at AutoZone since September 2018, Ashlee oversees comprehensive compensation plans, leads annual rewards cycles, conducts economic analyses, and ensures equitable compensation practices. Prior experience includes senior roles at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. where Ashlee developed compensation strategies and managed executive compensation processes, as well as positions at Tech Data and Aidman, Piser & Company focusing on finance and audit functions. Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University.
