Rafael Montserrat Guirado is an experienced project manager and industrial designer currently employed at AV Flexologic B.V. since September 2022, with a strong background in automotive project development and mechanical engineering. Rafael has also held editorial and directive positions at Loud Cave since November 2016, and worked as an industrial designer at Steel Products from April 2021 to August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a 3D Print and Prototyping Engineer at NILAS3D and as a community manager and mechanical engineer at VIA Hunters Racing, where involvement included the design of a high-performance electric racecar. Rafael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from VIA University College and engineering degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Málaga. Key skills encompass research, workflow management, CAD, finite element simulations, and project design strategy.

AV Flexologic is a leading and experienced manufacturer of equipment in the Flexographic Industry. All equipment is manufactured and designed with high precision, while at the same time ensuring a safe and environmentally friendly operation. Our program covers a complete line of mounting and proofing machines for various markets, flexograpic plate making equipment, viscosity controls and a seamless sleeve making system. To complete this program we supply photopolymer plates, a wide range of double/sided adhesive tapes, both hard and compressible, as well as compressible material. Innovation is the key to our success. On the 26th of October 2005, AV Flexologic received the International Innovation Award 2005, sponsored by the EFTA (UK).The prize was won thanks to AV Flexologic's newly developed Fully Automatic Mounting Machine, the FAMM.
