Morten Torlei has extensive leadership experience in various industries, currently serving as CEO of AVA of Norway and Daglig leder/CEO of SwanTech AS since April 2015, focusing on developing conceptual accessories for high-pressure cleaning and managing branding, customer relations, and sales. Prior to these roles, Morten was Avdelingsleder at Proffia AS from January 2011 to March 2015, where responsibilities included sales, customer contact, and product development. Morten also held the position of Daglig Leder and owner of Loaded from January 1997 to December 2010, overseeing design, production, import, and sales for Men’s and Youth clothing stores, operating multiple outlets.
