Vandana Chugh Kharbanda has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a diverse range of roles in various companies. Vandana is currently working as the HR Lead for the Green Hydrogen /Green Ammonia and Solar Manufacturing departments at Avaada Group. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resource Business Partner for the ITEL BU and Oraimo BU at Transsion India Pvt. Ltd. Vandana also held the position of Circle HR Head Rajasthan at Reliance Communications and Circle Head HR for Punjab and Himachal Pradesh at Aircel Ltd. Vandana worked as the Employee Relations Head for the West Zone at ICICI Bank, Mumbai. Vandana has significant leadership experience as the HR Head North 1 Region at SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and as the Talent Acquisition Head at DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Co LTD. Vandana began their career in Reliance Retail, where they were promoted to the position of Deputy Manager HR, responsible for Talent Acquisition in Punjab.

Vandana Chugh Kharbanda earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in HR and Marketing from the FORE School of Management, New Delhi, from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from M. D University, Rohtak, between 1997 and 2000.
