Jennifer Kinderman

Jennifer Kinderman has extensive experience in product ownership and client services, primarily with Availity since August 2015. In various roles, including Product Owner III and Supervisor of Client Services, Jennifer has facilitated EDI training, resolved escalated issues, and developed procedures to enhance product usability. Jennifer has a strong background in Health Care EDI and B2B transactions, actively coaching team members to achieve performance metrics aligned with company goals. Earlier experiences include an internship at Dalton Agency, where Jennifer participated in client meetings and research, and a role at Express, Inc., focusing on customer service and retail sales. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management with a Marketing focus from the University of North Florida and previously earned an Associate’s Degree from the University of Tampa.
