Tara Chatfield

Tara Chatfield is an experienced professional with a strong background in billing operations, project management, and client services. Since April 2014, Tara has held various roles at Avalara, including Billing Operations Analyst and Financial Account Manager, managing multiple client projects and serving as a subject matter expert on exemption certificates. Prior to Avalara, Tara worked at WideOrbit, Inc., where responsibilities included managing internal CRM systems, producing training materials, and overseeing client implementations. Tara began a career at Marketron and ShareBuilder, demonstrating expertise in customer service and training. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts degree from Whitman College, focusing on Art History, with further studies at Syracuse University in Madrid.
