Prior to joining AGR, he served as the Head - Research & Analytics with Netscribes and as a Management Consultant with Avalon Consulting & Valcon. With over 20 years of multi-disciplinary experience, he has advised both international and domestic clients from various sectors like Automotive, Industrial products, Transport & Logistics, Agrochemicals, and Real Estate on Strategic issues. Shubham started his career in manufacturing and has worked with reputed organizations like Bharat Forge Ltd, Whirlpool, and Force Motors.
Shubham has an MBA from IIT, Madras and holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Bangalore University.
