Chris Carlson

Chris Carlson is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Avalon Healthcare Solutions and serves as an Advisory Board Member at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC. Previously, Chris worked at UnitedHealth Group from January 2011 to January 2024, holding various senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Provider Digital Operations, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience & Complex Health Operations, and Vice President of Consumer Experience Operations. Chris holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Operations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Genetics and Cell Biology from the University of Minnesota.
