Gauri Paydenkar

Gauri Paydenkar has over two decades of experience in pricing and revenue management, currently serving as the Senior Pricing and Revenue Manager at AvalonBay Communities since February 2010, after holding the position of Director of Revenue Management. Gauri specializes in pricing rental apartments, analyzing pricing trends, and developing models to enhance revenue growth. Prior experience includes roles as Pricing Manager at The Warranty Group, where warranties for consumer and electronic products were underwritten, and various positions at DHL, including Project Manager and Senior Pricing Analyst. Gauri's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and General Management from Emory University, a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from McGill University.
