Marla Depaolis

Marla DePaolis is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at AvalonBay Communities since October 2015. In this role, Marla oversees various corporate initiatives, including regional and national sourcing, vendor management, and contract compliance, while managing categories such as office supplies and telecommunications. Prior to AvalonBay, Marla worked at Sodexo as a Senior Supply Chain Manager, focusing on contract management and strategic sourcing.
