Jorge Rumoroso

Jorge Rumoroso is a seasoned frontend developer and accessibility expert with extensive experience in web technologies and W3C standards. Currently serving as a Senior Frontend Developer and Accessibility Expert at Avaloq since October 2017, Jorge focuses on integrating accessibility into web applications and user interfaces while supporting teams across the organization. Previously, Jorge held similar roles at mimacom and Fundacion CTIC, contributing to the development of accessible frameworks and conducting W3C standard audits. Additionally, Jorge taught web design and accessibility principles at Asturmat and served as a secondary science teacher at Colegio San Fernando. Jorge holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Universidad de Oviedo and a Master in Environmental Impact Assessment from Instituto de Investigaciones Ecológicas de Málaga.
