Mattia Ceraudo

Mattia Ceraudo has extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as the Head of CTO Project Delivery at Avaloq since December 2018. In this role, Mattia oversees the control and delivery of the Avaloq R&D portfolio, including the regulatory roadmap, and has implemented a new reporting framework for C-level executives. Previous positions at Avaloq include Head of Delivery for Web & Mobile Banking, where Mattia launched a task force to tackle capacity challenges and successfully managed a team of Delivery Managers. Prior to Avaloq, Mattia worked at DSP Data and System Planning, leading significant system migration projects for major clients. Mattia holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland and a Bachelor's degree from Politecnico di Milano.
