Koby Koren is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in security and technology. Currently serving as a Product at Avalor Security, Koby previously worked at Microsoft from January 2016 to October 2023, where notable roles included Senior Product Team Manager and Product Architect for Microsoft Sentinel, leading the incubation project of Azure Sentinel, and Product Manager for various applications including Excel and Azure Defender. Koby has also contributed as a mentor at Product League and has held positions at Euclides Technologies Incorporated, Peres Academic Center, and zap group, combining expertise in project management, product strategy, and software development. Koby holds an M.B.A. from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
