Yael Ruhrberg has a strong background in customer success and technical consulting. They currently hold the position of Head of Customer Success at Avalor Security since 2022. Before that, Yael worked at Datorama, a Salesforce Company, where they held the roles of Senior Director, Implementation and Technical Consulting, Director of Implementation, and Implementation Team Leader. Yael's previous experience includes working as a System Analyst at Intel Corporation, Manager at Ruhrberg Constracting and Investments (1963) Ltd., and BI Project Manager at Ness Technologies. They also have experience as a BI Business Analyst & ETL Team Leader and BI Developer at Gilon.
Yael Ruhrberg completed a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2004 to 2008. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General at Reichman University. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, Yael obtained a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering - Business Analytics from Tel Aviv University.
