A highly engaged professional with leadership skills in nonprofit organizations and higher education, Lydia Aleman is the Director of Development Services for Driscoll Children’s Hospital in McAllen, Texas. Before Driscoll, she served as the CEO for Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas (GSGST). She joined GSGST after 26 years in higher education where she served as the Associate Vice President of Advancement Services. She has extensive experience in fundraising, management, accounting and development. Lydia earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting, and she holds two master’s degrees, an MBA and a MACC (master’s in accountancy).
