Toni Walton

Toni Walton is currently the Assoc Director of HR Operations & Shared Services at Avanos Medical, where Toni leads HR technology, operations, shared services, and the HR portfolio of projects. Prior to this role, Toni was the Sr. HR & Legal IT Systems Lead at Avanos Medical via GSquared Group, and held various IT management positions at Medtronic. Toni's expertise includes program management, data management, people management, global system implementations, business analysis, and project management. With a background in finance and a MBA from St. Cloud State University, Toni has a strong foundation in both business and IT.
