Yogita Hiranandani

Yogita Hiranandani currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Avanse Financial Services Ltd., beginning in January 2023. Prior to this role, Yogita was the GM of Learning & Development for Customer Acquisition at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited from September 2020 to October 2022, focusing on sales, collections, and member experience management. With over 19 years of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, Yogita spent 17 years in banking and over 2 years in health insurance. Previous positions include Content Head of Sales Training at Aditya Birla Health Insurance and AVP in both MIS & Analytics and HR Learning & Development at HDFC Bank. Yogita has also completed exams in Instructional Design and has a strong interest in leading teams for content development, e-learning, and training evaluation.
