Avant Assessment
Bill Eilfort has significant work experience in the field of assessment and testing. Bill began their career in 1989 at Educational Testing Service (ETS) as an Assessment Specialist III, where they worked until 2002. Bill then joined the Defense Language Institute in 2003 as a Project Manager and remained in that role until 2011. In 2011, Eilfort became the Vice President of Test Production at Avant Assessment.
Bill Eilfort completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy-Mathematics at Reed College from 1978 to 1982. Bill subsequently pursued their Master of Arts degree in Linguistics at the University of Chicago from 1982 to 1989.
