Ashleigh Dillon, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Ashleigh is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Avante Health Solutions since August 2017. Prior to that, they worked at CUPA-HR for over a decade, where they were recruited by the President/CEO to revamp the membership strategy and successfully grew individual and institutional rosters. Ashleigh also established an HR structure and handled various responsibilities such as managing a budget, serving as a part of the leadership team, and providing executive advice.
Before joining CUPA-HR, Ashleigh worked at Davidson College for eight years, where they held multiple roles and contributed to streamlining HR processes and bringing the institution's HR framework up to date. Ashleigh also served as an HR business partner to the Finance and Administration Division and acted as an advisor on diverse HR issues.
Ashleigh started their career at Duke Energy Corporation as a Human Resources Associate in the Customer Operations department.
Ashleigh Dillon, PHR, SHRM-CP, completed a Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology at Western Carolina University. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from Pfeiffer University. Additionally, Ashleigh Dillon obtained certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
