Philipp Riedel

Philipp Riedel is the Geschäftsführer and CEO of AVANTGARDE Experts, a recruiting specialist founded in 2007 that focuses on connecting candidates and companies in the tech and mobility sectors. With a career spanning over a decade at AVANTGARDE Experts, Philipp has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director, Director of Temporary Projects, and Account Management Department Head, demonstrating expertise in marketing, communication, and sales. As a co-founder of WorkNow, Philipp aimed to modernize the job search process through mobile technology. Philipp's earlier experience includes consulting for employer branding at e-fellows.net and an internship in international press and PR events with BMW Group. Philipp holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Media Studies from Hochschule Mittweida and has also studied at Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
