Peter Partipilo

Peter joined Avanti in 2022 and serves as the company's Directtor of Acquisitions. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new investment opportunities in support of Avanti's overall investment strategy. Peter brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including 14 years in acquisitions, dispositions, fund strategy and joint-venture structuring on investments throughout the risk spectrum on a national basis. Prior to joining Avanti, Peter was Senior Director of Acquisitions with Denver-based Forum Investment Group and has held previous positions with Aegon Asset Management, Ryan Companies and American Realty Advisors. Peter graduated from the University of lowa with a bachelor's degree in Finance and is a Certified General Appraiser and Licensed Real Estate Agent. He enjoys traveling, live music and spending time with his wife and daughter
