Emma Jung

Emma Jung is a Quality Assurance Specialist currently employed at Avanti Software Inc. since July 2023, with prior experience at Approach Controls, Inc. and Vog App Developers, where responsibilities included analyzing requirements, executing test cases in Agile environments, and conducting exploratory and regression testing. Emma demonstrated proficiency in bug identification, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Earlier experience includes managing IT projects and manual testing as a Program Manager/QM at Financial Services. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Kyungpook National University, along with certifications from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a bridging program in IT.
