Joe Kidd is a seasoned Field Services Engineer with extensive experience in the biotechnology and manufacturing sectors. Currently employed at Avantik since April 2025, Joe previously worked as a Field Service Engineer at Leica Biosystems and held positions in service coordination, quality engineering, and training across companies like Satisloh, REFU Solar Electronics, Lam Research, Microsoft, and Samsung Semiconductor. Joe possesses a strong background in equipment installation, maintenance, and quality assurance, having successfully resolved numerous technical and operational issues while managing client relationships and service department functions. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Pacific.
