Kim Cherif

Kim Cherif is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance roles. Currently serving as Senior Director Finance and Controller for the Americas at Avantor since March 2021, Kim's responsibilities include oversight of North American operations, inventory accounting, and compliance with SOX controls. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions including Controller for Americas Labs, Finance Director, and Financial Accounting Manager at VWR, contributing to audit management and the successful implementation of a new ERP system. Earlier experience includes serving as an Audit-in-Charge at Deloitte, where Kim directed audits across diverse industries and ensured compliance with accounting standards and SEC regulations. Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
