Michelle Jones

Michelle Jones currently serves as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Global Head of Litigation, Compliance, LegalOps, and Chief of Staff at Avantor since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Deputy General Counsel, Global Head of Litigation, and Chief Compliance Officer at UNISYS Corporation from December 2022 to February 2024. With extensive experience in the U.S. Attorney's Office spanning over two decades, Michelle contributed as Senior Litigation Counsel and Assistant United States Attorney, specializing in complex fraud schemes and violent crimes. Michelle's earlier legal career includes roles as an associate at Howrey & Simon LLP and Goodwin, Procter & Hoar LLP. Michelle earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1992 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley in 1989.
