Matthew Gibson

Matthew Gibson has a diverse work experience, starting as a Tire Technician at Belle Tire in 2004 and then working as a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's Home Improvement. In 2007, they joined Radisson Plaza Hotel & Suites as an Engineer I. From 2011 to 2013, Matthew worked as a Maintenance Technician at Princeton Property Management. Matthew then joined Ventura Manufacturing in 2013 as a Manufacturing Engineer before moving on to AvaSure in 2017, where they currently hold the same position.

Matthew Gibson obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, where they attended from 2004 to 2013. In 2008, they briefly studied Spanish Language at Universidad de Cantabria. Alongside their education, Matthew also obtained several certifications. In June 2012, they received Refrigerant Transition & Recovery Certification Type I & II from the Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA). Additionally, they obtained their FE Exam Certification (EIT, Mechanical) in April 2013 from NCEES, Michigan PE. Most recently, in February 2022, Matthew obtained a certification in Motivating and Engaging Employees from LinkedIn.
