Tristan Rogers

Tristan Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tristan'smost recent position is as a Software Engineer at AvaSure, which they began in 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Textron Systems as a Software Engineer in their Leadership Development Program (LDP). This program included two rotations at different Textron business units, with Tristan's second rotation involving the development of automated regression testing functionality for military C#/. Tristan was with Textron Systems from 2020 to 2021.

Before joining Textron Systems, Tristan had a role as a Software Engineering LDP Rotation 1 at Bell Flight from 2019 to 2020.

Additionally, Tristan gained experience at Indiana University Bloomington, where they served as an Undergraduate Assistant Instructor from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Service Desk Consultant, handling tasks such as software and operating system installations and equipment troubleshooting. Prior to that, they had an internship role as an IT Intern at Textron Systems in 2017.
