Iván Peralta has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Iván started their career at AT&T Perú as an Ingeniero Core Internet in 2000. In 2006, they joined Avatar Global as a Business Development Manager for the Chile region. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an e-Commerce Business Development Manager at Avatar Global. In 2008, they also became a World Team member at Herbalife Independent Distributor. Iván then returned to Avatar Global as a WebSphere Commerce Solutions Consultant in 2011, and later took on the role of Business Unit Manager in 2012, leading teams of +25 engineers. In 2013, they became the WebSphere Commerce Practice Manager, responsible for assessing processes and implementing best practices. Most recently, Iván worked as the Business Unit Director at Avatar Global, leading the creation of new lines of business and overseeing projects and services for clients in various countries.
Iván Peralta's education history includes:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, completed from 2023 to 2024.
- Master's degree in Economics from OMMA Business School Madrid, completed from 2021 to 2022.
- Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, completed from 1994 to 1999.
- Diploma in Accounting and Finance from CENTRUM PUCP, completed in 2003 to 2004.
- Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from CENTRUM PUCP, completed in 2003 to 2004.
Iván Peralta also holds additional certifications in various fields, including AI ethics, decentralized finance, entrepreneurship strategy, and IBM-related expertise.
