Amit Upadhye

Amit Upadhye is a Lead Engineer at Avaya since February 2021, bringing extensive experience in technical support and training, including previous roles as a Senior Support Engineer - Nice and Trainer for Avaya Communications at VIS Networks from August 2012 to September 2017. Amit also held positions as a System Administrator and VPN Support Engineer at Oracle in 2010 and from 2008 to 2009 respectively. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Computer Science from K H Kabbur Institute of Engineering, completed in 2006, and secondary education from K E Boards High School, graduated in 2003.
