Lisha Chandran

Lisha Chandran is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager for India at Avaya since February 2012, previously serving as Recruitment Lead. Lisha has extensive experience in recruitment, having worked at Cisco Systems from June 2010 to January 2012 as a Recruiter, where significant contributions included leading hiring revamps across Engineering groups and transforming interview practices to enhance hiring quality and efficiency.
