Mahesh Patel

Mahesh Patel is an experienced technology professional with over two decades in the field of business communications and software engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Avaya since December 2009, Mahesh specializes in unified communications and contact center services, including UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Nortel Networks, and various positions at The Dodge Group and PwC, where Mahesh developed extensive expertise in software development and project leadership. Mahesh holds a BSc in Science (Computing) and an MSc in Parallel and Distributed Computing from the University of Westminster.
