Kathryn Leas

Kathryn Leas is the Founder and CEO of Callaway Behavioral Health Solutions, established in January 2023, specializing in revenue maximization for behavioral health facilities and private practices. Prior roles include Director of Insurance Billing and Utilization Management at Soul Surgery from February 2019 to September 2023, where oversight of insurance billing, utilization review, and business development occurred. Additional experience includes Director positions at Fountain Hills Recovery and Acceptance Recovery Center, managing billing, admissions, marketing, and business development efforts. Kathryn began their career in real estate with roles at Broad Street Realty, TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, Federal Realty Investment Trust, and The Fleisher Group, showcasing strong skills in marketing and client relations. Kathryn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington in 2008.
