Savannah Burleson

Savannah Burleson is a dedicated nursing professional with extensive experience in case management and patient care. Currently serving as an RN Case Manager at Aveanna Healthcare since January 2024, Savannah previously managed care for hospice and palliative patients at Affinity Hospice from May 2023 to January 2024, focusing on caregiver education and enhancing patient quality of life.
