Cong Tran Van has a diverse work experience in software development and management roles. In 2007, they worked as a Software Developer at Matbao BPO, before transitioning to a FullStack Web Developer role at CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN ĐẦU TƯ THẾ GIỚI DI ĐỘNG from 2008 to 2011. Cong then joined FPT Software as a FullStack Web Developer from 2011 to 2017. In 2019, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Dallmeier electronic, where they optimized UI and developed additional functionalities for a video streaming module. From 2022, they served as a Team Lead Manager at SmartDev and later became a Software Engineering Manager - Tech Lead at Aventra Group.
Cong Tran Van earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
