Jeff Uden currently serves as the Group Head of Learning and Development at Aventum Group, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jeff worked at MS Amlin as a Senior Talent and Development Consultant from June 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included reviewing and delivering talent and development programs utilizing psychometric and assessment tools. Jeff’s career at Iceland Foods spanned over a decade, during which significant contributions were made as Head of Talent, overseeing the talent strategy for the entire group, and earlier roles included Regional HR Manager and Company Training and Development Manager. Jeff also held the position of General Manager Human Resources in Distribution at Morrisons and served as Regional HR Manager at Argos within the Home Retail Group. Education includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Learning and Development from the University of West London.
