Her role is to make sure that the organisation turns their vision for the people they support, and those who work for them, into reality. That means making sure all their plans and activity are well thought through and delivered effectively and consistently, in line with their values. She is also the Chair of Key Ring Supported Living Networks, and a non-legal member of the Employment Tribunals.
