Merc Rustad has a diverse background in audiovisual technology and operations management, currently serving as a Technical Specialist at AVEX Audio Visual since June 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Operations Manager at Encore from August 2019 to June 2022, and positions at PSAV® Presentation Services as both Technical Lead and Audiovisual Technician from May 2016 to June 2022. Earlier in the career, Merc worked as a Personal Care Attendant at Choices for Children from July 2013 to December 2016. Merc holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Digital Film and Video Production from The Art Institutes International-Minnesota, completed in 2016.
