Joy Nickens

Joy Nickens is an experienced Audio Visual Technician and Chief Executive Officer with a diverse background in audio engineering and production. Currently serving as an Audio Visual Technician Level 1 at Citi since March 2024, Joy also continues to work as an Audio/Visual Technician with AVI-SPL and leads JOYNFINITY, which includes content creation and hosting the JOYNFINITY Podcast. Previous roles include Audio Visual Technician Level 1 at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Audio Engineer at Gotham Podcast Studio. Joy's career began in customer service and technical writing, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, specifically Broadcast Journalism, from William Paterson University of New Jersey and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Brookdale Community College.
